requests for raffle or auction items be submitted to the Public Relations
Department by mail or fax on company letterhead. The request should include
the following information:

Specific Request (items, cash, certificates, etc.)

Contact Information (name, address, phone, etc.)

Delivery Instructions (pick-up or mailing address)
All requests must be received by the Public Relations Department 6-8 weeks
prior to the date of the event to ensure proper and timely handling.
